BOB BOB RICARD X CHEF’S ROLL
Bob Bob Ricard collaborate with Chef’s Roll to showcase the famous and very limited secondary cut of A4 Japanese Wagyu beef. Bob Bob Ricard’s head chef, Ben Hobson, was tasked with creating a dish, native to Bob Bob Ricard’s menu and style, using this prime cut of beef. Needless to say, the flavour was second to none.
