BOB BOB RICARD X CHEF’S ROLL

Bob Bob Ricard collaborate with Chef’s Roll to showcase the famous and very limited secondary cut of A4 Japanese Wagyu beef. Bob Bob Ricard’s head chef, Ben Hobson, was tasked with creating a dish, native to Bob Bob Ricard’s menu and style, using this prime cut of beef. Needless to say, the flavour was second to none.

    Chef's Roll, a leading online community for culinary professionals, is collaborating with Bob Bob Ricard, an upscale restaurant in London, to produce a video showcasing the art of cooking with A4 Japanese Wagyu beef. The video will feature Bob Bob Ricard's head chef, Ben Hobson, as he creates a signature dish using this premium ingredient.

    Objectives:

    Creative Concept:

    The creative concept for the video is to showcase the art of cooking with A4 Japanese Wagyu beef through the eyes of Bob Bob Ricard's head chef, Ben Hobson. The video will follow Chef Hobson as he prepares a signature dish featuring A4 Japanese Wagyu beef, highlighting his techniques and methods for working with this premium ingredient.
